以核桃、毛果杨、文冠果与樟子松等经济与生态树种为研究对象,开展林木防病促生微生物资源的收集、林木有益微生物协助寄主抗病、耐逆与其促生作用的机制研究、林木共生微生物组的组装机制研究以及防病微生物制剂的开发与应用研究。已在PNAS、SCIENCE CHINA Life Sciences、Frontiers in Microbiology与Environmental Microbiology等国际学术期刊上共发表研究论文15篇(包括第一或通讯作者论文10篇),引用总次数近710次
